Affogato - Cosy Up
Ingredients:
- A single serving of vanilla ice cream.
- Two teaspoons of your choice of Cosy Up Strong Mocha, Cosy Up Mild Mocha, or Cosy Up Peppermint Mocha.
- If you choose Mild or peppermint Mocha please add one shot of espresso too. (Optional)
- 1 biscuit with chocolate chips per teaspoon (crumbles)
How to make Affogato:
Combine 90 ml of hot water with Cosy Up Mocha in a cup and mix until smooth. (Any flavor of Cosy Up Mocha you prefer.)
In a separate glass, put a dollop of vanilla ice cream. Combine the ice cream and the Cosy Up Mocha mix.
Serve with your favourite cookies crumbled on top.
