Effortless treat with a Cosy feeling. This peppermint Cosy Up Panna Cotta, it is fluffy, smooth, and irresistible!
METHOD
In a small saucepan, whisk together the coconut cream, coconut milk, and sugar of your choice. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and stir in the Cosy Up Peppermint Mocha until melted. Stir in the agar agar and cook at a low simmer for three to five minutes, whisking occasionally.
Divide the mixture evenly among 4 tiny glasses, then chill it in the fridge overnight to set.
Use fresh mint to garnish and Enjoy!

Cooking time: 15 mins, plus overnight chilling

2 tsp agar agar
Mint/Peppermint leaves, to serve
200ml organic coconut cream
200ml organic coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut sugar/Monk fruit sugar or any sugar of your choice
